Tangled Hearts by Roseanne Evans Wilkins

This is a first novel by this author, the book is about a girl who just finds out she has a nephew when her sister drops him off at her apartment to stay for two weeks.  A few days later she goes on the run from her nephew's grandparents with a guy she hardly knows.  She has her hotel room trashed, her car seats slashed and is scared for her and her nephews life.  This book was amazing I loved guessing who the main guy character was, it was quite the twist/mystery, I also love it when I'm right and haven't even finished the book.  This story drew me in on the first page and I got lost in the lives of the characters, that we so well built.  The mystery was great, the romance was good, I loved the guessing, it was quite the mystery.  I turned page after page to see if I was right and to also see how it would end.  This book left me wanting more.  I gave this book 5 stars and read this book December 2011.

Meg's Melody by Kaylee Baldwin

Meg is an amazing character and I really related to her and her struggles.  Meg is left by her husband after a few weeks she finds out she is preganant.  Meg's strong character and determination to have this baby on her own and go back to church is what bring a new love into her life.  This book goes into depth of the daily struggles some mothers go through to bring a child into this world.  The book is romantic and inspiring a fun, clean read.  The book left me turning page after page and hoping the story would never end.  I gave this book 5 stars and read this book in November 2011.

Sadie by rebecca Belliston

This book is about a girl who flees from a cabin in the middle of the night after her boyfriend hits her.  She's not sure how she ends up in the cabin of 4 guys but they take good care of her and become quite protective of her till she decides she will go back to her life.  This book was a first book for this author and I can't wait till she writes another one.  It was amazing, I loved it, the characters were really good and the tention between the characters was also good.  I hope she writes another book soon.  I gave this book 5 stars and read this book in November 2011.

Whisper Hollow by Carol Warburton

The book was about a girl during 1865 set in the Smokey Mountains of Tennesee.  Life was definately harder back then. After her father dies she has to see to the running of the family farm and taking care of her mother who suffers a traumatic time.  This is a historical romance and I wasn't dissapointed in the romance.  From the beginning romantic spark between the two main characters.  Cole is from the East and helps Tally with the family farm.  The book was well thought out, with intriguing characters who live a life that is as foreign to us as a language we don't understand.  I turned each page anticipating the next heart-ache, and was not disapointed in the story of this book.  I love this author and loved this story I gave this book 5 stars and read this book in November 2011.

The Apothecary's Daughter by Julie Klassen

I had this book in my Kindle library, after reading the first chapter I didn't think it was a book I could get into, one night when I had no other book to read I picked this book up again and got past the first few chapters, it is amazing, it was a real slow start for me but, it really picked up.  The main character is the daughter of an apothecary, her mother leaves years before and she takes over the role of mother to he brother and  helper to her father.  She has the opportunity to go to London and takes it.  When her father gets sick she returns home to run his shop.  This book kept me turning page after page, I just wanted to know who she would end up with.  I was so sure it was one guy then I thought maybe not, maybe this guy, but of course I was kept guessing all the way to the end.  I almost wanted to spoil it and read the back cover it was so uncertain.  Really another great book by Julie Klassen.  I gave this book 5 stars and I read this book in November 2011.

Not my Type by Melanie Jacobson

This book was a second for  me by this author and just like her first book I loved it.  This author is amazingly funny, I loved her chracters and story line.  This was such a funny book, whilst reading this book I was very busy but I made time to finish this book, I picked it up every spare moment I had and stayed up late at night so I could see what would happen at the end.  This book lightened each day for me, with the funny quirkyness.  The main character was amazing.  This book is about a girl who after a failed engagement moves home with her family to pay off debts.  She has to share a room with her 7 year old sister and strawberry shortcake!!  She is fed up of her job and wants to desperately be a writer.  She gets a job in a small magazine doing cover stories.  This was a great book I gave it 5 stars and I read this book in November 2011.

The Trove of the Passion Room by Marcia Lynn McClure

If you have never read a book by this author you need to go get one right now.  I just love this Authors books, she writes amazing, clean fiction and she is able to weave a romantic tale and leave you with that warm fuzzy feeling you have when  you read a good story.  This book was amazing, the author is already known for her clean romance and this one is no exception.  This story was interesting, exiting and page turning and of course romantic, with lots of clean kissing.  The story is about a girl who loves antiques and after inheriting a house from a friend she finds many treasures, including the grandson of her friend.  Great story, great characters and great romance.  A must read.  I gave this book 5 stars and read this book in October 2011.

Journey of Honor by Jaclyn M Hawkes

This book was a pioneer inspired story.  The book is about a girl who joins the church and travels from her Europe home is disowned by her family, she travels with her grandparents to America and makes the journey with other pioneers to reach Salt Lake City.  Before her trek west even starts, she is accused of theft and marries a man she doesn't even know.  This book was about the faith that one woman had, even though she suffered great hardships and trials, she never lost faith and carried on to the Great Salt Lake Valley.  There are a number of books that have been written about the Pioneer crossing and this one was another amazing book.  If you have loved Pioneer romantic books you will also love this one.  I gave this book 5 Stars and read this book in October 2011.

Out of control Kinkaid Brides Book 1 by Mary Connealy

This book was interesting, it was an Historical set Romance with suspense and mystery.  This book was an easy read and funny in parts.  The book was about a girl who is found by a ranch owner in a hole, after some time he finds where she lives and takes it upon himself to take her home.  After delivering her to her home he gets drawn into her life and is unable to leave her.  I gave this book 3 stars and I read this book in October 2011.

The Lady of Bolton Hill by Elizabeth Camden

This book was one of those a friend of mine had read and so I also read it.  I had not read a book by this Author before and I will deffinately be looking for other books by this author.  I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this book as the description didn't tell too much about it.  It was a really good book about a woman who had a friendship with a boy who was not of her class.  After years apart he made something of himself and they meet up again.  I really liked the characters of this book, they were easy to understand and I liked the way the Author talks about the class distinction.  I gave this book 4 stars and read this book in October 2011.

Wild Irish Rose by Deborah L Weikel

This book was a historical set romance, about a family from Ireland that travelled to America to be free and have a  better life.  I loved the characters of this book, the story was beieveable and the story kept me turning pages an east read and a first book I have read by this Author, I will be looking for other books by this Author, I gave this book 4 stars and I read this book October 2011.

Colonal Lady by Laura Frantz

When you are reader like myself, you look to trusted friends for ideas on what book you  might like and what book might be worth reading.  This book was a first book for me by this Author.  Although I really did like this book, I didn't like it enough to want to rush out and find other books by this author.  This was a historical set love story, the story was very enjoyable the characters good and you couldn't wait for them to fall in love.  The book was a little long winded for me.  I gave this book 3.5 stars and I read this book in September 2011.

Seeking Peresphone by Sarah M Eden

This book was a great historical set love story.  At some point we may all feel ugly, but true love see's past imperfection to the person beneath.  I love the underlying story in this book, the message to people everywhere who all at some point feel imperfect.  This book is about a very wealthy man who needs to marry to produce an heir to inherit his estate.  He doesn't actually expect to marry and fall in love.  The woman in this story is from a poor family and agrees to a marriage to a man she doesn't know to help her family and siblings get what she is not able to a marriage for love.  I really did like this book, another great love story by Sarah M Eden. I gave this book 4 stars and I read this book in September 2011.

The Sixth Man by David Baldacci

This is not a book I would normally read, but I was give this book and was asked to read it.  I normally hate to read a book when I haven't read others in the series and this was a book that was in a series.  This said I did enjoy the book, and it was easy to follow, even not knowing the main characters from their previous books.  The book is about two private investigators that are called in to help investigate a man who has been put in prison.  The man is an amazing person, he can remember anything and he remembers everything.  I was so intrigued by what this character was able to do and envious of this ability.  The book was really good if you love a mystery it was a long book, so not a short and easy read but still extremely entertaining and with twists and turns that are totally unexpected.  There was a little language in this book and a part that I didn't care and wondered if it needed to be part of the book but it was a clean book other than the language. So overall a go

Obsession by Traci Hunter Abramson

Not sure if I need to say too much about this book, the author should tell you what I thought of the book.  I'm not sure this author knows how to write a bad book, and this book is no exception.  Loved it, Loved it, Loved it.  The book is about a singer who goes into hiding to avoid a stalker, she refuses body guards, and FBI help.  She meets a very attractive man who she gets romantically involved with.  Only to find out he has been assigned to protect her without her knowledge. Again I loved this book, a really good read, with all the twists and turns you expect from this wonderful author.  I love her books and this was great.  I gave this book 5 stars and I read this book in September 2011.

Epic Center by sonia O'Brien

This book was about a group of people that are in the wrong place at the wrong time all by coincidence.  They are all in a building in California when there is an earthquake.  This story follows several different people and their experiences of how they tired to get out when the building around them is falling down.  This was a good book but a little slow.  I gave this book 3 stars and read this book September 2011.

The List by Melanie Jacobson

This book was really good, I loved the main character and the guy she is involved with, this book was an easy and funny read.  The plot is a girl with a list of things to do before she gets married.  Ashly Barret doesn't want to get married, she has a list of 25 goals from learing to make Sushi to Surfing #13 learn to surf.  #17 have a summer romance seems to go together and so does Matt Gibson the hunky Surf instructor.  He is cute, and LDS #13 and #17 could get crossed off.  She hatches a plan to love and leave him before she goes to Grad School, but when Matt doesn't want to be left what does Ashley do?  I gave this book 5 stars, just a fun read and easy read I read this book in September 2011.

Flashback by J Michael Hunter

This book was quite strange at the beginning but it does get better. The book is about a girl who has nightmares that she doesn't understand.  The Flashbacks are her falling down stairs and in a house she has never been into before.  After her Aunt dies she inherits a plantation.  She goes to the plantation to see if she can run the plantation when she starts to remember things that she shouldn't be able to know.  She is also drawn to a murder than happened when she would have been only a young child herself.  This book was very good with lots of twists and turns.  The main character is very likeable but the other characters in the book leave you wondering what the author will reveal about them.  I love romance mysteries and after the first couple of chapters I did enjoy this book.  I gave this book 3.5 stars and I read this book at the end of August 2011.

Grave Secrets by Marlene Austin

This book was really good, especially if you like mysteries.  It took me a few chapters to get into it, but once there, I kept turning those pages, dying to figure out who did what?  Who she would end up with?  Anyway, The storyline is about a girl who is already an Orphan and is brought up by her Grandmother, who she though she knew.  When her Grandmother dies, she is confused to the terms of her Grandmothers will, having nothing really to loose she decides to do as her Grandmother has asks and lives in a little house in a small town for a year and try her hand at writing.  This is a mystery and romance and I promise it will not dissapoint.  I really liked this book.  I read this book in August 2011 and gave this book 5 Stars.

Mark of Royalty by

At a time when infants are marked at birth, a royal advisor secrets away an infant girl to save her life.  The woman he give the infant to Miranda agrees to raise the girl as her own.  Mirands tries to pair her daughter Sarah with the Kings Nephew, which would only be fit for her she truly is.  Although Sarah as little regard for the Kings Nephew to please her mother she tries to like him.  She meets another man who she finds much more appealing but Sarah, wanting to please her mother after her mother dies tries to find the good in the Kings Nephew.  Her mark is found and things change forever.  This book was amazing, I don't normally like anything to do with fantasy and Kings and princesses are truly fantasy to me.  I promise that after you read this book  you will be pondering the characters and the twists and turns that finish this story into such an amazing read.  I would personally love this book to become a movie I think it would be amazing.  I read this book in August 2011 a

Her Reluctant Bodyguard by Jenette Green

Alexa gets offered a dream job, writing a biography for a pop star Colin Radcliff and going on tour to Europe to do it.  How could anyone turn that down.  She is thrilled, till she starts reciving death threats.  Colin gets worried and puts her on 24/7 bodyguard protection in the form of his best body guard Jamison.  This book was actually really cute, I wasn't sure what I would think to it, but the energy was good I ended up loving the characters and was sorry when I had finished it.  I read this book in August 2011 and I gave this book 4 Stars.

The Guise of a Gentleman by Donna Hatch

After reading other books by this Author I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book, it took some time and I waited patiently for the Library to let me know they had a copy.  Elise is a widow with a young son, when she meets Jared Amesbury she is immediately smitten with his roguish charm.  Jared Amesbury is a gentleman by day Pirate by night.  Jared wants out of the Pirate business and is undercover working for the government, when he hears of one last assignment he cannot turn it down.  Unfortunately the assignment goes back and Elise being seen with him is dragged into his world.  This is a complex plot and although I love this Author I had a hard time keeping up with this one.  Their is a light romance, nothing like the romance of her other books, but still a great and interesting read and well worth the time.  I read this book in August 2011 and I gave this book 3 stars.

Jewel of His Heart by Maggie Brendan

This book is set in Montana in 1890's.  Julianna likes Josh, who is a sheep herder, when he find some precious stones, he considers mining, this is the occupation that Juliannas father away from her and her mother, having just lost her mother Julianna doesn't see a relationship with Josh going anywhere if he set himself up as a miner.  This book was easy to read and easy to guess to whom she would end up with and where the story was headed.  If your looking for just a simple fun romantic book, this is definately great.  I read this book in August 2011 and gave it 3 stars.

Ice Baron by Jennette Green

This book has a ver different setting to most books I read, the author brings you into the story and she sets the book in the 31st Century.  This immediately drew me in as a reader.  I wish the author had gone into greater detail to explain more of the future she had the book set in.  The flow of the story was amazing, the charcters were likeable, I felt that the Hero should have had more depth.  Anya had loved Josh for years, but as her Protector the love is forbidden.  For Josh this doesn't seem to be a problem as he tries to marry her to a Baron in order to have peace between the two kingdoms.  I read this book in August 2011 and like I said enjoyed reading it.  The author is very gifted and I have now read quite alot of her books.  I gave this book 4 stars.

Wind Dancer by Jamie Carie

Isabelle is a free spirit, unlike most women.  She takes on a journey to travel to collect some books for her church.  Her mother agrees to the journey as long as she takes a tour guide and her brother with her.  Whilst travelling to obtain the books she meet Samuel, he tags along with them as they are going to the same place, when the tour guide goes missing, they are attached by Indians and held prisoner.  She is forced to watch as they kill her brother, in order to stay alive she must act as they do.  This is hard as she is wild and likes to be free, she tests her boundaries, she refuses to conform.  This book is interesting, not a favorite book of mine, I wonder about the portrayal of the Indians, not sure if they would act as the book says they do.  I did find her intriguing, I expected more from the book.  I read this book in June and I gave it 3 stars.

The Stranger She Married by Donna Hatch

Cicumstances beyond her control put Alicia in a position where she has to accept a marriage proposal in order to keep her and her family from financial ruin.  She agrees to marry a man she doesn't know and doesn't love , who is extremely wealthy and he promises her he will not only take care of her but also will take care of her family financially.  With little choice she accepts.  I really liked this book, the characters had great depth and you want Alicia to be happy.  As I read this book my fairy tale ending didn't seem possible but the twist at the end was just what I as looking for.  I love books by this Author but I think this would be my favorite book by her.  I read this book in June and gave it 5 stars.

No place for a Lady by Maggie Brendan

This book start out really slow, I hadnt read anything else by this author.  The description was amazing I got a great idea of the landscape and where this book was set, it sounded amazing.  The characters were good, I could relate to them.  It left me looking for other books by this author.  The plot was a privilaged girl from the east whose Father dies and she has to go live in the West with her aunt.  I read this book in June 2011 and gave this book 3 stars.

Queen in Exile by Donna Hatch

When I first got this book although I had read many books by this author I wasn't sure if I would like this one.  I'm not really into fairy tales and fantasy book.  This book was quite the surprise, I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would, the characters were amazing and real and I love the fantasy part of it.  It was a little mysterious and definately romantic I read this book very fast as I found it very good, and I was sad when it ended.  The plot of the book is a princess who has a gift, after her family is all killed she is taken to another kingdom to be protected, of course that is only the beginning!!  I read this book in August 2011 and gave this book 5 stars.

Wyoming by Colleen Coble

Wyoming is not your normal run of the mill book.  This book is four stories that entwine and make the whole book.  The men in this book are in the millitary defending the frontier, the women come to the fort looking for love.  The first book is about a girl who after agreeing to marry another man, realizes her fiance is not dead, can he forgive her?  She follows him to Fort Larmie hoping he will.  The second book is about a girl who after living as husband and wife for over a year finds out she is pregnant, after an accident her husband dies and she finds out she is not truly married to him, he has a wife and son already.  She move to Fort Larmie to be with her friends and maybe to find love?  The third book is about a privileged daughter of an army officer, after an accident can she change and become a person someone else would want to marry?  The fourth book is about a girl who is married by proxy thanks to her meddling sister, after deciding not to let her sister down she travels to

Well you never know when you might fall in love, for Hope she was also a mail order bride and whilst travelling to meet her soon to be husband is kidnapped by a band of payroll thieves.  Dan a federal agent wants out of his life and to settle down somewhere quiet for his last assignment he is asked to infiltrate a band of payroll thieves.  This book was funny, unpredictable, and amusing all the way through.  A really funny read. I read this book in July 2011 and I gave this book 3 stars.

June (Brides of the West Book 2) by Lori Copeland

June leaves her home to be a mail order bride in Washington State.  After arriving she meets her intended who is very sick.  She clashes immediately with her future husbands best friend who doesn't agree with him marrying a mail order bride.  Her fiance dies and she is left not knowing what to do.  She decides to stay on helping with the preaching work her fiance started, she continues to clash with his best friend, but eventually sparks fly and she finds love.  This book was funny and I really liked the characters.  I read this book in July 2011 and gave this book 3 stars.

Faith (Brides of the West Book 1) by Lori Copeland

Faith goes to Texas as a mailorder bride, and one thing after another keeps happening to stop her from marrying her intended.  This was a really funny and easy book to read.  The characters were funny and I really enjoyed reading how many different ways a wedding could be postponed.  I read this book in July 2011 and gave this book 3 stars.

If I should Die by Jennie Hansen

The storyline of this book two friends who jog everyday, one day her friend doesn't show up to jog with her and they try to figure our why? Is she missing? Is she Kidnapped?  Is she Dead?  Did she run away.  This is one of my favorite authors I love her mystery/romance feel she gives her books.  I kind of got a little creeped out as this was set close to where I use to live.  Also this could happen to any of us.  The author really did a great job.  This was another book I would guess and guess at before I thought I knew who did it?  I was wrong most of the way through.  I liked her characters and the storyline was a little creepy for any joggers out there but overall a great read.  I read this book in June 2011 I gave this book 4 Stars.

Montanna Summer by Jeanette Miller

This book was fantastic.  I have been to Montanna and the way the author describes it reminds me just like when I was there.  It was great.  I liked the forbidden love she had going on, she was careful and i'm sure this really does happen and I wonder how families get through this.  The plot was about a girl who goes to her fiance home in Montanna to spend time before there wedding.  She meets her fiances brother and sparks fly.  I loved the characters they were real and life like.  I read this book in June 2011. I gave this book 4 stars.

The Lightkeepers Daughter by Colleen Coble

This book was quite good, I have not read any books by this Author and liked the mystery of the plot I would guess and guess and guess again to see if I was right and in the end I wasn't.  So the twists in this book were good not what I was expecting.  The plot was quite simple but the twists were not.  I liked the main girl character, but didn't relate to the other characters very well. I read this book in May 2011.  I gave this book 3 stars.

Constant Hearts by Donna Hatch

This was definately not one of my favorite books by this Author I normally love to read her books but was dissapointed in the short story and not enough detail to make the book worth reading.  The book definately had potential the characters would have been likeable if we had known more about them.  The book lacked depth which made the book boring.  I think I read it in one hour.  So if your looking for an easy quick read this is it, but my problem with it was you just got to know something of the characters and then the story ended.  I would like to see this book developed into a longer version. I read this book in August 2011.  I gave this book 2 stars

The Commander's Desire by Jennette Green

I got this on my kindle and really enjoyed the author.  The  plot was basic but good, I liked the characters, I did guess the hidden clues but still enjoyed being right.  The time period was intriguing and would have liked the author to have explored that more but this didn't take away from the story line which was also good.  I would also have liked to have know if the place the story was set in was fictional or real.  A great read. I gave this book 4 Stars I read it in August 2011

Angels Den by Jamie Carie

I just finished reading this book and I really did have a hard time wondering if I would recommend it or not.  I have read other books by this author and although the book itself is good as I really wanted to find out what happened at the end.  The story line is disturbing to me.  The book is about a young girl who falls in loves and marries the most handsome man.  Only to discover that he is not who she thought he was.  He hurts her in many ways.  Her husband is planning a trip out west and her hope is she won't have to go.  Unfortunately that is not the case and he takes her with him.  The author is really good, is very well written and the details and twist at the end is amazing, I didn't see the twist coming at the end.

Before the Dawn by Carol Warburton

This book is one of my favorites by this author and in general.  I have read this book a few times now just because the story is so different and I just liked it.  The story is about a young girl who marries and her husband leaves her.  She faces meany hardships in trying to manage a farm and taking care of herself and unborn child.  She has a friend in an amazing neighbor and their love story is just so nice.  Well worth reading.

Midnight Whispers by Carol Warburton

This book is set in Australia and is about a girl whose only brother lives in Australia, she travels to meet him.  I  personally had a hard time reading this book, I found it nothing like the other books by this author and it took me along time to read it.

The Healers Apprentice by Melanie Dickerson

I just finished this book and haven't read anything else by this author.  I found the story interesting and page turning, I couldn't wait to get to the end to see how the story unfolded.  It was a very well written story.  The story is about a girl who has been assigned as The Healers Apprentice and she helps the healer with her work.  The son of the Duke gets hurt and she is the only one there, so she helps him.  She falls in love with him and it is a forbidden love as he is a Lord and will become a Duke on his fathers death, he is also betrothed to another.  She is The Healers Apprentice a woodcutters daughter.  The story is romantic and is set in historic medevial times.  This is a fast read.

The Raven Saint by M.L Tyndall

This is the third book in this series and the last book.  The story is about a girl who has spent her entire  life dedicating herself to helping others.  She is kidnapped and is on her way to be sold.  This book is about her journey of a girl who although she is spiritual in tune with God she is also extremely judgemental of those around her.  She tries to understand what Gods plan is for her and why he is testing her this way.  She feels that maybe he must have put her in this situation so she can help someone else.  The person who needs help is herself! The book is action packed, and flows very well, the story is romantic and very well written.

Blue Enchantress by M.L Tyndall

This book was an easy read for me, I really liked the story line and loved the way the author brings christian faith into her books.  The story is about a girl "hope" who finds herself being auctioned off as a slave.  A man from her town sees her and sells his boat to save her. This is an action, fast paced  adventurous book.  It is funny sad and romantic.  It also touches upon peoples judgement of others how sometimes they are not correct.  If you enjoyed other books by this author then I would imagine you would also enjoy this book.

Royal Target by Traci Hunter Abramson

The storyline of this book is a CIA Agent who is on assignment and meets the royal family of Meridia.  She expects to use her skills as linguistics and security to protect and serve.  As part of the security plan she ends up finding herself engaged to Prince Garrett Fortier.  This book is another amazing read by this author who makes you read page after page till the book has been read.  This is action packed, funny, romantic suspensful book.  For those who are already fans this is another must read.

Smokescreen by Traci Hunter Abramson

This book is the last to date by this author about the LDS Navy Seals, it centers on yet another of the Seals and her writing does not get boring, her plot for the story is amazing and the inside information of CIA and Navy Seals is interesting.  This is another action filled, page turning on the edge of your seat read.  A must read if you have enjoyed the other books written by this amazing Author.

Backlash by Traci Hunter Abramson

Backlash is another book in the same series with the LDS Navy seals.  The story is about one of the Navy Seals wife and the danger they put their families in when a mission doesn't go according to plan.  This is another great read, it has the action mystery, suspense and romance that we have grown to love by this author.  Another great book.

Crossfire by Traci Hunter Abramson

Crossfire is another book about a different LDS Navy Seal the story line is a under cover CIA Agent whose mission is to spy and report any and all information about terrorist activity.  Her contact dies and is replaced by a U.S. Navy Seal, the man she nearly married 6 years before.  This book has action, romance and is page turning interesting reading.  Another great read by this author

Lockdown by Traci Hunter Abramson

This book is also a great book, it centers on another of the Navy Seals, the story line is a girl who survives a school shooting.  After such a trauma she helps the Navy Seals set in place a training course for the prevention of random acts of terror. As with her other books you won't want to put it down and it leaves you wanting to read more.

Freefall by Traci Hunter Abramson

Freefall is about a Lieutenant who has a mission to get seven hostages out of the country.  It almost works but he gets left behind with one of the hostages.  He has to get them both out of the country.  This is another book you won't be able to put down, it has insider knowledge of CIA and Navy Seals that makes this book an interesting read.  This was a great book

The Deep End by Traci Hunter Abramson

This book is the third book in this series, Under Currents book 1, Ripple Effect book 2, and this is book 3, typically when authors do a series of books like this the 2nd and 3rd are never as good as the first.  With this author this is not the case.  I enjoyed the first book as much as I enjoyed the second and third.  The author has an amazing way to keep you turning each page and the suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time.  The story line continues with the same characters but this is not boring in any way.  Well worth reading.

Ripple Effect by Traci Hunter Abramson

This book is the sequel to Undercurrents, if you liked the first book this one will not disappoint you.  The story is still the same girl who is still in witness protection program she has been moved twice to keep her hidden.  In the last book she falls in love with the guy from school and now for her and his protection she is not allowed to see him.  But through a twist of fate both arrive in the same town.  This book is another fast paced easy read.  Don't start reading unless you can finish it, you will not want to put this book down.

Under Currents by Traci Hunter Abramson

This book is a great book, it is fast paced and I couldn't put it down.  The story is of an Olympic-bound swimmer, who enters the witness protection program after witnessing her boyfriend's murder. When she finds an LDS guy at her school she is not allowed to reveal to him that she is also a mormon.  She doesn't dare get involved with him for his or her own safety.  If you love romance mixed with suspense this is an amazing book.  This author is one of my favorites.

The Red Siren by M.L Tyndall

The Red Siren is about a lady who doesn't want to marry so she becomes a pirate in order to saver herself and her sisters from marriage.  This book was not easy to read, I guess I had a hard time with a lady pirate.  As always M L Tyndall weaves a tale with a great christian romance she talks alot about having faith in God and trusting him.  The story itself was not one of her best, it took a long time for me to finish this book.  I just didn't care for the story line too much.

The Pirate Ruse by Marcia Lynn McClure

I love all the books written by this amazing author, some more than others and this book is great.  If you love books with Pirates, you will certainly love this one.  The hero is handsome of course, and he saves a damsall, only she is not sure what is worse, where she was, or being his captured by yet another pirate.  This book is funny, romantic and has some unexpected twists.  Another great read.

Dangerous Connections by Julie Coulter Bellon

If you like suspense, this book was amazing.  It is by far one of the best books I have read.  It is set in France and it is about a Doctor who has just been in Iraq, and goes to France to meet his father.  When he arrives at the Hotel, his father isn't there.  After sight seeing he realises he is being followed, and the drama, suspense begins.  this is deffinately a page turner.  This book has a great hero and he meets up with a brave and fearless woman.  It has romance and it is fast paced.  I haven't read any other books by this author but this book was great.  A must read.

Surrender the Heart by MaryLu Tyndall

This book was hard for me to read initially.  I am from England and had a hard time reading how harsh the british army was in trying to gain access to America.  The book is very well written and the chracters are real and believable.  The book is romantic and sad but well worth reading.  This author is one of my favorites she writes alot of Historical, Christan, Romance books and I haven't read one of her books yet that I haven't enjoyed.

Captive Heart by Michele Paige Holmes

This book is set in the late 1800's.  It is about a desperate father who joins a lawless group to claim a teacher for his son.  He kidnapps a teacher and drags her with him to collect his son, so she can teach him.  This book is funny, and romantic and thrilling.  A fast read and a great storyline.  This book will appeal to anyone who loves to read about funny romance.

The Widower's Wife by Prudence Bice

This book is set on the Wisconsin frontier. The storyline is about a girl who is hearbroken by her fiances betrayal, she gives up on love and answers a advertisement to become a mail-order bride.  Once she arrives at her destination she is immediately drawn to the hansome stranger waiting at the train station, who is no other than the groom.  This book is both romantic and part suspense and will be a great read to either reader.  I will look for more work from this author.

The Legend of Shannonderry by Carol Warburton

This book is written by one of my favorite authors.  The author takes you to Ireland in this book and the book is funny, romantic and mysterious.  The story is about a girl who wishes to visit her grandmother and she enlists the help of an Irish man to help her travel from England to Ireland.  When she arrives at the familys ancestral home it is in a great need of help.  You will love the chracters of this book, and if you like historical romance this book is for you.

Missing by Ronda Gibb Hinrichsen

Missing is the Authors first novel, this book was interesting, and mysterious.  The storyline is one we can relate to or empathize with.  The characters are normal everyday people who go above and beyond to get to the truth. This was a hard book to put down and a great fast read.  The book is about a group of BYU-Idaho choir tour visiting British Columbia, (which is where the greater part of the book is set)  Whilst there, the soloist Stacie sees a girl, she believes is the missing girl from Television. Stacie goes out of her way to find the missing girl, even at the risk of losing everything.  I look forward to more books written by this Author.

Wrong Number by Rachelle J Christensen

This book was amazing, if you like edge of the seat thrills, then this is the book for you, it is sad in parts, but fast paced and captivating from the first chapter.  Make sure you have time to read this as you won't want to put if down.   The story is about a woman on her way to work who receives a phone call.  She assumes it is a prank call.  She is then swept up in keeping herself alive with the help of the FBI.  I will be looking for more books from this Author.

The Girl in the Gatehouse by Julie Klassen

This book is set in early 1800's.  It is about a girl who is banished from her family and sent to live in an abandoned gatehouse on a distant relative's house.  This book is funny, mysterious and romantic.  If you enjoy books set in this era, this book takes you into the life of a young woman forced to support herself by writing novels.  This book is well worth reading and the author is very talented in writing this time period.
